Overview
The Pastoral Internship is a part-time role (10-15 hours per week). A stipend is available and is based on the length of the internship, e.g, One Semester - $2500, Two Semesters - $5,000, etc.
Interns gain an inside look into church ministry by shadowing the pastoral team throughout a variety of pastoral responsibilities and are given ownership of a variety of projects and ministry roles to gain experience and prepare for a life of ministry.
We hope to provide our interns with the opportunity to tailor the role to their desired ministry interests and goals. Interns meet with the Senior Pastor for one-on-one coaching to determine ministry development goals and to identify ministry opportunities to accomplish these goals.

Community engagement
Worship Ministry
Children’s Ministry
Preaching
Evangelism & Social Outreach
Communications Team (social media, art, graphics, etc.)
Small Group coordination
Potential responsibilities depending on ministry development goals
Participate in Sunday morning services, could include preaching or leading worship
Small Group Leadership could include bible studies or book studies.
Attend staff meetings
Communication
Coordinate church-wise events
Other responsibilities for more tailored roles based of gifting and passion.
Requirements
A commitment to the gospel of Jesus Christ
Active learner and self-starter
Current seminary or college student or recent graduate
